How It Works
Pick Your Package
Pick the package that makes sense for the size and length of your party and the product that you wish for your guests to brand such as hairbrushes, mini charcuterie boards, picture frames or even discuss a new product idea. Sign the contract and pay a 20% nonrefundable deposit.
Day of Set Up
On the day of your event our team shows up 30 minutes early to set up a rustic 2-tiered style booth and table with a tan tablecloth, wood and metal accents, and burlap table runner. Table decorations can be modified to fit the theme of your event.
During the Event
4-6 guests at a time can stand and learn to brand using branding irons including the alphabet, numbers, and western symbols. Each letter/symbol takes approximately 5 minutes to heat and brand. A cap on the # of letters/symbols allowed per person can be placed if desired.

What is a branding bar?
A branding bar is a unique service where guests can personalize wood or leather items with custom designs or messages. It's a fun, interactive experience that adds a rustic touch to any event.
How does the branding process work?
Our team will guide your guests through the branding process. They can choose their item, select a design, and create a memorable keepsake. Each letter/symbol takes 2-5 minutes to heat under a real flame and is then pressed until the wood/leather holds the symbol.
What types of events do you cater to?
We cater to a variety of events including weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, and more. Our branding bar adds a unique flair to any celebration!
Can we customize the designs?
Absolutely! We offer a personalized branding iron for an additional $50. Western symbols such as horseshoes, cactus, and animals are standard and included but we're happy to discuss other elements and themes for your event.
